fructus.finance (the "Site") is a financial information service. Its English-language section tracks the portfolios of institutional investors ("superinvestors") from their SEC 13F filings. Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

The Site does not directly collect personally identifiable data (name, email address, etc.) during browsing. No registration or account creation is required to access the content.

Public filing data is sourced from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system. Ticker symbols are resolved via OpenFIGI (Bloomberg). Neither service is used to identify individual site visitors.
